Kerevitaş Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. complies with the communiqués of the Capital Markets Legislation regulating accounting standards related to standard financial statements and reports, in accounting transactions and in the preparation of financial statements.

Annual financial reports and the related independent audit reports stipulated in the regulations of the Board on independent auditing are disclosed to the public within 70 days following the end of the accounting periods. Interim financial reports are disclosed to the public within 40 days following the end of the relevant interim period. In cases where the interim financial statements are subject to independent audit, 10 days are added to the notification periods.
