KEREVITAŞ Gıda Sanayi carried out a total of 4 separate processes: quality systems, input control, process control and food safety within its Quality Group Directorate. In Kerevitaş factories, physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes are carried out in our own laboratories with advanced technology devices and experienced personnel.


Our Policy: To provide products and services without compromising on quality and food safety under any circumstances and to consider food defense as an integral part of food security, as an innovative company that respects the customer, has employees that participate in all levels of management, and adopts continuous and widespread education. 


 

The main factor that makes Kerevitaş Türkiye's frozen food leader is its production in accordance with world standards at every stage, from growing, harvesting, processing and packaging of its products.
Our quality system, ISO 9001, which started to operate in 1994, was certified and in 1997 and is audited with periodic annual audits. It continues to be guaranteed with the TS EN ISO 9001: TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate. 
 

Our Food Safety Management System studies based on the preventive approach started in 1997 by applying the HACCP Principles. The system was certified with TS 13001- HACCP Food Safety Management System Certificate in 2003. Food safety continues to be guaranteed with the TS EN ISO 22000: 2018 Food Safety Management System certificate, which has been audited with lastly documented and periodic annual audits.


Our organization has a Food Safety System documented by the BRC (British Retail Consortium). This document, which is of great importance especially in the retail sector, proves the reliability of our products.
 

Our quality system proves that it is at world standards with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) we have developed thanks to our achievements in the audits conducted by the AIB (American Institute of Baking).

Our company’s products Meatballs, Frozen Chopped Onions, Hamburger Patties, Börek, Pizza Variety 1 and Variety 2, Turkish Ravioli, Tuna, Frozen Spinach, Frozen Peas, Frozen Puff Pastry, Frozen Green Beans, Frozen Fries, Frozen Garnish, Frozen Variety Dish, Frozen Cauliflower, Frozen Okra, Frozen Kidney Beans and Frozen Broccoli were subjected to Turkish Standards Compliance Audit and are under the Quality Assurance of the Turkish Standards Institute with TSE Certificates of Conformity.
In line with our work that started in 2011, our products were certified by TSE as Halal Food in 2012. Our products in the group of meat and meat products, cereals and cereal products, fruit and vegetable products, and fish and fish products have Halal Food certificates.
Within the scope of BRC, AIB, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System, it is necessary to work healthily and safely at all stages from the field to the table.
The company, which has been an example in the oil industry since the year it started production, decided to establish an Integrated Management System (ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and OHSAS-18001) in 1999 and as the first company in its sector to receive three certificates, it set an example for other industrial organizations. 
It continued its leadership in quality by obtaining BRC (British Retail Consortium) in 2001 and ISO 22000 Food Safety Certificates in 2013. 
It received the ISO 50001 Energy Management System in 2014 and the RSPO Supply Chain Certification in 2019, becoming one of the leading companies in the sector in the fields of energy management and sustainable work. 
It also owns the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certificate since 2017.
In 2020, as a result of the precautions and hygiene standards taken during the Covid-19 pandemic, the TSE COVID-19 Safe Production Certificate was awarded to the company.
In 2022, it received the ISO 17025:2017 Experiment Laboratory Accreditation Certificate. Our company attaches great importance to human health and customer satisfaction.
